This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition No.7(iii) imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.8194 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026 in pending Crl.R.C(MD). No.689 of 2026.

2. This Court vide order dated 17.04.2026 in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 1/3

8194 of 2026 in Crl.R.C(MD). No.689 of 2026, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court on 17.04.2026 in Crl.M.P. (MD). No.8194 of 2026 in Crl.R.C(MD). No.689 of 2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
