ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.1434 of 2020. It has been registered on the file of Keelavalavu Police Station, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. Sumathi is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant appeared before this Court through video conferencing. Her identity is also confirmed before me. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report.
