ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking to forbear the respondents from anyway interfering with the day to day lawful activities of the petitioner's club named Angel Welfare Association without following due process of law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation to the respondent police and the same will be considered. 3.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent. On receiving the same, the third respondent is directed to consider it on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
