PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records to the detention order passed by the second respondent in H.S(M)Confdl.No.55/2024, dated 17.05.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu namely Balaji, S/o.Selvaraj, aged about 28 years (Now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai) before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
