ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.194/2026 by order dated 12.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Palayamkottai and report before the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner was absent for 12 days while complying with the condition, however, he complied with the condition for nearly 40 days. It is also reported that the investigation has been concluded, the final report has also been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken on file.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for nearly 40 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.194/2026 by order dated 12.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. 01.06.2026 ogy To The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Madurai District.
