This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.1437 of 2020. It has been registered on the file of Keelavalavu Police Station, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. Selvam is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant appeared before this Court through video conferencing. His identity is also confirmed before me.
