ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed to give a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without following due process of law. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.09.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the complaint the allegations have been made against the petitioner also. Hence, he was called upon to attend the enquiry. On that ground he was directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with them to complete the investigation and the matter was listed today. 3.When the matter is called today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that a case in Crime No.

18 of 2021 has been registered against five persons and the father of the petitioner has also been arrayed as accused in the above said crime. So nothing survives in this petition for further consideration, since the harassment may not arise in such circumstances. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the same.
