: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Hindu Pallan Scheduled Caste Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughters namely Anuradha and Fathima by considering her applications dated 07.02.2017 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2.Claiming to be a Scheduled Caste person seeking a Community Certificate, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents for consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.The Additional Government Pleader would submit that the competent authority to consider the request of Community Certificate is the Revenue Divisional Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer. As and when such an application is made by the petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
