ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No.8 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners solemnised marriage between a minor girl and accused No.1 and therefore, the present case came to be registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.11590 of 2021 3.This is the second anticipatory bail application. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court considering the serious nature of the offence.

5.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and the dismissal of the earlier bail petition and there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.In fine, this petition is dismissed.
