This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.19 of 2018 registered on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that absconding charge sheet came to be filed as early as on 23.06.2018. I therefore am not in a position to grant relief in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call on the final report filed by the first respondent without any further delay.
