Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents.

2.A perusal of the material, it could be seen that the respondent police registered the case against the appellant under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 336, 506(ii) IPC and 3 (i) (r) 3 (i) (s) SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Amended Act, 2015 and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the nature of offence and the stage of the investigation, this Court is of the view that there is no valid grounds and sound reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge and there is no merit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in this appeal.

4.Accordingly, this criminal appeal is dismissed.
