[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN,J.] The Writ Petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments said to have been made by the respondents 5 and 6 in a public pathway in Survey No.151/16, 368/1 situated at Keelapoongudi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.The third respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the third respondent shall cause its removal after issuing notice to the encroachers. The entire excercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With these observations this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
