ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners were remanded to judicial custody on 08.12.2018 in Crime No.382 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC and they seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the other accused said to have assaulted the de-facto complainant and his friend with deadly weapons and caused injuries, and hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent State.

4. According to the petitioners, they did not commit any offence as alleged in the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case with an ulterior motive.

5. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration of the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Vedasandur. (ii)the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
