2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The main grievance that was expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both the Civil Revision Petitions is that the petitioners have questioned the auction purchaser as early as in the year 2025 and till date, there is absolutely no progress and therefore, the
petitioners were constrained to file these petitions seeking for early disposal.
4. Taking into consideration the grievance expressed by the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to dispose of M.A.Nos.54 and 57 of 2026 in S.A.No.316 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
