O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant patta with respect to lands in Survey Numbers 43/19, 43/23 and 43/25, totally measuring 16.5 cents in Mummudicholapuram Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner had given a representation on 08.12.2022.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader who appears for the respondents pointed out that the petitioner has to apply through online and pay necessary charges. He also pointed out that the petitioner had not enclosed the title deeds the along with the representation. 3.A direction is issued to the petitioner to apply through online in proper manner and enclose the title deeds along with the online application. On receipt of the application, the respondents are directed to examine the application of the petitioner, issue notice to anybody and everybody 2/4

concerned, thereafter, conduct enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of online application filed by the petitioner. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
