ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the writ petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2024 and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to investigate writ petitioner's complaint within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit 2/6

that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed.

4. The main contention of the writ petitioner is that they have challenged the certificate alleged to have been issued by the fourth respondent. Whether the fourth respondent is having power or jurisdiction to issue such a certificate cannot be gone into by the police officials.

5. As rightly contended by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, at the conclusion of the enquiry, they have directed the writ petitioner to approach the competent civil Court.

6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
