O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents / Tahsildar and Surveyor of Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the property of the petitioner situated in R.S.No.195/1F at A.Kokkulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. The petitioner had filed an application on 20.09.2022 and had also paid necessary charges.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondents have also issued notice dated 18.04.2023 committing 2/5

themselves to conduct survey, but for some reason that could not be done.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.J.Ashok, states that the patta stands in the name of the petitioner herein.

4. A direction is given to the respondents to comply with the request made in the aforementioned application given by the petitioner herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
