O R D E R

The petitioner seeks limited relief of writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2022. The petitioner seeks cancellation of patta in Patta Nos.5540 and 5589 issued to the respondents 5 and 6 citing errors during UDR survey.

2. In the light of the above, the competent authority will be the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2022. The second respondent shall conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation after giving fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 and 6. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
