Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD).No.6393 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5412 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.7674 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.6393 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5412 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail.
