Mr.K.S.Selva Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct survey and demarcate four boundaries of the petitioner's land.

4.The petitioner has made an application on 26.02.2025 seeking survey and demarcation of four boundaries. 2/5

5.According to the petitioner, the survey is required for the purposes of setting up a school in the subject lands and to meet statutory requirements.

6.Considering the same, the respondents are directed to pass orders on the petitioner's survey application dated 26.02.2025 by conducting survey and demarcating four boundaries and also issuing survey report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. There shall be no order as to costs. 08.05.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes ps 3/5
