*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the TASMAC not to open the retail outlet at R.S.No.612/11, Karungal Village, Market Road, Karungal, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. The District Manager, TASMAC, in his proceedings dated 31.08.2017, addressed to Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel, indicated that there is no proposal to open the TASMAC Shop at R.S.No.612/11, Karungal Village, Market Road, Karungal, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission made on behalf of the TASMAC, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of withe above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
