The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 03.08.2017. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the representation was sent to the concerned court and if a representation is given to the first respondent, he is ready to consider the same.

3. In view of the above submission and also considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
