(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the "Aadalum Padalum" Cultural Program during the "Arulmigu Sree Thanagathondriya Yellaiamman Thirukovil", Sangkudi, Kannudayanpatti Villlage temple festival on 11.09.2017 from 07.00 P.M to 11.00 P.M.

2.The Writ Petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard on 29.08.2017 to the respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court passes the following order:- ● The third respondent is directed to grant permission to the writ petitioner to conduct "Aadalum Padalum" Cultural Programme in connection with "Arulmigu Sree Thanagathondriya Yellaiamman Thirukovil" at Sangkudi, Kannudayanpatti Villlage, Manaparai Taluk, Thiruchirapalli District, subject to the following conditions:

● The event shall be conducted in an organised and peaceful manner without causing any law and order problem. ● There shall not be any obscene or vulgar scenes during the dance performance by any one of the participants or others. ● The programme timings shall be between 06.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. on 11.09.2017.

● If there is any violation of the above said conditions, the second respondent or the duly authorised officer is entitled to take necessary action as per law and stop such performance.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
