ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th and 5th respondents and restrain the 2nd and 3rd respondent from doing illegal 'Kattapanchayath' in a civil matter. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Cr.No.270 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 against the petitioners.
