Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for allotting official work to the sixth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2020.

O R D E R

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the sixth respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner filed the present writ petition to issue appropriate direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for allotting official work to the sixth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2020. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Junior Assistant under the fifth respondent. The work supposed to be allotted to the petitioner was diverted to the person who is no way connected with the office of the fifth respondent. If any discrepancy in the work, necessary action has to be taken against the petitioner alone. Therefore, he made a representation on 22.06.2020 to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for assigning the work to the sixth respondent. Though the petitioner made a representation on 22.06.2020, till date the said representation has not been disposed of.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2020 will be considered within a period of four weeks.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 22.06.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
