O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's wife, by name, Kartheeswari, aged about 26 years and his son Kavinesan, aged about 1 year, found missing, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the 2nd respondent Police. Since no action has been taken, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the detenues have been secured by the 2nd respondent Police, produced before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD)No.1159 of 2021 Magistrate No.2, Sivakasi and they were permitted to go with the mother of the detenue.

3. Considering the above circumstances, that the detenues have been secured and produced before the concerned Court and they have gone with the mother of the detenue Kartheswari, no further adjudication is required. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
