*********** This petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned news bulletin dated 24.8.2017, issued by the first respondent for filling up the posts of Anganwadi worker and Anganwadi Assistant under the Child https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Development programme and to consequently direct the respondents to conduct free and fair selection process in filling up the said posts, by following the rule of reservation.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner was allowed to participate in the interview process for the abovesaid posts and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
