ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 17.08.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the learned Sessions Judge,Mahila,Madurai vide the letter in D.No.136 dated 18.03.2024, this Court made the following order: This Court vide orders dated 17.08.2023 directed the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai to complete the trial in S.C.No.385 of 2020 and dispose the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 1/3

2. Now, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai vide a letter dated 18.03.2024 bearing D.No.136 has expressed his inability to complete the trial in S.C.No.385 of 2020. He therefore sought extension of time to complete the trial in S.C.No.385 of 2020.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai in his letter dated 18.03.2024, this Court is inclined to extend the time to dispose the case in S.C.No.385 of 2020. The learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai is directed to dispose the case in S.C.No.385 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
