Heard, Mrs.K.Vidya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Bhaskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent school.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits the copy of the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 20.12.2017 in e.f.vz; .3843/M1/2017 granting approval for the appointment of the petitioner in the fifth respondent school.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
5.Recording the said submissions and endorsement made, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
