ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to provide appointment to the petitioner under the compassionate ground, based on his representation, dated 20.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not produced the relevant certificates as required by the respondents. He would further submit that if the petitioner submits the said certificates, the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents.

In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit the required certificates to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondents are directed to consider and pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks,therefrom.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
