O R D E R

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the building bearing Door No.364, shop Nos.88 and 89 situated at Theni Road. She has also got service connection in S.C.No.183-008-8-TFV. Since she wanted the said service connection to be transferred in her name, she sent a representation dated 27.06.2017 to the second respondent.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the matter hereby directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2017, after giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to Chidambaram, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
