ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.66 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police station and complete the investigation and file a charge sheet before the concerned Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputur,

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that repeated trouble has been made by the accused causing damage to the properties as well as harassment, but, no proper action was taken by the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of four months.

4. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public 2/4

Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2023 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
