Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of non-Traceable Certificate. The petitioner has preferred complaint on 08.08.2020. The respondent is directed to enquire into the same and if at the end of the enquiry, the respondent is satisfied, the respondent is directed to issue the non-Traceable Certificate sought for by the petitioner. Such exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
