ORDER : These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ROBERT CHANDRA KUMAR I, Advocate for the petitioner in both Petitions and of Mr.J.BARATHAN, Advocate for Mr.T.R.JEYAPALAM, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent in both Petitions and none appeared for the 2nd Respondent side either in person or by an advocate in both Petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the appeals. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No.1. There is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the petitions are allowed and the delay of 177 days in filing the appeals is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall pay a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) each to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer CCRI PKM, 2/4
