ORDER

Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice on behalf of the second respondent. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to defreeze the Bank account of the petitioner bearing Account No.915010051497213.

3.The petitioner has already approached the Bank officials by submitting representations on 04.04.2025 and 05.05.2025. 4.It is seen from the documents filed in support of the writ petition that in a cyber fraud case, the petitioner's Bank account has been freezed. However, as seen from the details of the depository fraud, it is noticed that the disputed amount is only Rs.10,561.33/-. Therefore, no prejudice would be caused if the first respondent is directed to defreeze the remaining balance amount in the petitioner's bank account, while retaining a sum of Rs.10,561.33/- under freeze. 2/4
