ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No. 348 of 2020 on the file the 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that in view policy decision taken by the Government further action has been dropped against this petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
