ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's counsel contends that there has been an erroneous sub dividing of the property in question. He has filed an appeal before the first respondent. He also seeks issuance of separate patta.

4. The first respondent shall enquire into the petitioner's representation and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
