This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property in S.No.555/2B and 608/1, Kadamalaikundu Village, Theni District. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would state that he purchased the land to an extent of 3 Acres and 68 Cents and to an extent of 1 Acre and 72 Cents through a registered sale deed dated 04.07.2017. issued patta in patta No.5839 by the first respondent. 4.The petitioner would further state that on 25.07.2017 he sent a representation to the first respondent to survey and demarcate his properties and also paid necessary charges. Despite the same, no action was taken. Hence, he sent another representation on 02.08.2017 to the second respondent. Even then, there is no progress, hence, the present writ petition. 5.In the light of the above facts, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representations of the dated 25.07.2017 and 02.08.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, and take appropriate action, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
