Both the parties addressed the arguments on the facts of the case and referring to Section 44 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, wherein it has been categorically stated that an opportunity need to be given and that a Gazette Notification has got to be given with regard to the Societies that have become default. After publishing the Gazette Notification dated 03.06.2015, wherein the name of the petitioner has been found at Serial No.14, the petitioner submitted that he has not given any opportunity and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14521 of 2020 that by giving liberty to him to challenge the said Gazette Notification, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, permission is granted, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
