Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law, within the period stipulated by this Court, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2024 and 30.04.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry and dispose of his representations dated 29.08.2024 and 30.04.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, the private parties who have given the mining license have been carrying out mining works, day and night and causing serious prejudice to the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the mining works are being carried out even inside the petitioner's property. 2/6
3.Without going to the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner, the second respondent shall conduct inquiry and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the persons holding the mining licenses shall dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2024 and 30.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
