RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP No.8217/2023 dated 28.04.2023 and direct the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime (CCD III) Police Station, Pudukottai District and club the subjugate conditions by observing the order of this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.8967 of 2023 instead of appear before the Respondent Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8217 of 2023, dated 28.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner also involved in another case in Crime No.8 of 2023, in which, he was arrested and subsequently, released on bail. Therefore, he could be able to comply the condition before the respondent police. Hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition no.6(ii) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
