With reference to the grievances raised by the writ petitioner/Sangam in the present Writ Petitions, petitions may be filed before the District Collector, who is the Inspector of Panchayats under the Panchayats Act. 2.The order impugned, dated 06.10.2020 has been passed by the President of the Panchayat. Therefore, the writ petitioner/Sangam is at liberty to approach the District Collector for redressal of their grievances. 3.With these observations, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
