[Order of the Court was made by M.DHANDAPANI, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, vide order dated 12.07.2023 in S.C.No.38 of 2020, they have filed this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This is the second application for suspension of sentence. The earlier application in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4586 of 2024 filed by the petitioners for suspension of sentence came to be dismissed by this Court by an order dated 02.09.2024.

4. Having gone though the accompanying affidavit and the records, we find that it is a double murder case and this is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioners at this stage and we do not find any change of circumstance.
