ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 5 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that enquiry has been conducted between the parties in CSR Nos.93/2021, 101/2021 and 120/2021. He would further submit that during the course of enquiry, it was revealed that civil dispute is pending between the parties and they also gave statements to the effect that they will take steps to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

measure the property. Based on the statements given by the parties, it came to be closed on 07.08.2021.

3. Since the complaints have been closed based on the statements given by the parties, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition for further consideration and for direction.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
