ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that transfer was sought apprehending certain bias as against the Presiding Officer. Now the said Presiding Officer is transferred from the said Court and new Presiding Officer has been posted. In view thereof, he would submit that original cause of action as presented in the petition does not survive and the petition has become infructuous.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case trial already commenced in the year 2017 itself.
3. In view thereof, the trial Court is directed to take up the case for expeditious disposal.
