Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned recovery proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.501/2020/A2, dated 01.10.2020 and quash the same.

Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed challenging the proceedings dated 01.10.2020, in and by which, the third respondent ordered for recovery of amount for shortage of stock of liquor bottles in the TASMAC shop.

2. The petitioners in W.P.(MD)Nos.14546 and 14547 of 2020 are working as Supervisor and the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.14554 of 2020 is working as Salesman in TASMAC Shop No.8555. During the audit, it was found some shortage of stock of liquor bottles in TASMAC shop. Therefore, the third respondent, vide his proceedings dated 01.10.2020, ordered for recovery of amount for shortage of stock of liquor bottles in TASMAC shop. Challenging the same, the present writ petitions have been filed.

3. When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for TASMAC submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioners have paid the amount demanded by the third respondent in the impugned order of recovery. Therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for TASMAC, the writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
