ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.361 of 2012, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein is the defacto complainant in Crime No.361 of 2012 which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report was also made ready and submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram on 05.05.2021, later it was returned on some defects.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to represent the final report, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
