ORDER

Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court, Dindigul District in Cr.M.P.No.479 of 2022 in M.C.No.37 of 1/4

2019, dated 28.02.2025, convicting the petitioner to twelve months similar imprisonment in default of payment of Rs.3,20,000/- as maintenance, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time for payment of the said arrears. However, so far only an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- has been paid and the petitioner had not come forward to settle the balance arrears of maintenance. Hence, I do not find any necessity to further keep this criminal revision case pending.

3. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, confirming the order passed by the learned Family Court, Dindigul District in Cr.M.P.No.479 of 2022 in M.C.No.37 of 2019, dated 28.02.2025. The Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station, Palani is directed to secure the petitioner to custody executing the order passed by the learned trial Court.
