2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the complainant. While so, on 02.05.2025, in the morning when the complainant went to the shop of the petitioner, the complainant was attacked by the petitioner and his workers with stick and hand and sustained injury on his head. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that no FIR has been registered and CSR No.154 of 2025 alone is pending.
