O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2018 in W.A(MD) No.1100 of 2018
2. This Court vide order dated 19.09.2018 while modifying the order of the learned Single Judge had directed the fifth respondent to consider the case of the first respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that after due enquiry order has been passed and thereby there had been delay and the delay is neither wilful nor wanton. Further the order has been complied with.
4. At this juncture the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the fifth respondent.
5. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the fifth respondent. .
